Garlic usually contains a chemical compound called allicin, which plays a major role in reducing high blood pressure. Allicin inhibits the production of a chemical compound called angiotensin 2 in the blood. Because angiotensin 2 constricts the blood vessels, as a result, the blood pressure of the body increases. On the other hand, under the influence of allicin, less angiotensin 2 is produced in the blood, and in its absence, the blood vessels dilate, lowering the blood pressure in the body. So start eating two to three cloves of garlic every day with food or in the morning on an empty stomach. Blood pressure will be under control.
